    Out-of-Stock Products  
    We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 3:00PM Arizona time, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

  • The following return policy is for our website only. Please contact our store location for the return policy if you purchased an item in our store.

     

    Equipment purchases on our website may be returned within 30 days of delivery subject to the following:

    1) It must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.
    2) Applicable manuals, paper work, parts and accessories must accompany the return.
    3) Items that have been assembled may incur a restocking charge up to 20%.
    4) Shipping fees for all returns are at the customers' expense.
    5) Original shipping charges are not refundable.
    6) Returned items will be refunded after inspection upon our receipt of product.
    7) Original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, will be applied in the original method of payment.
    8) If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
